Leadership - While Adoh is correct about the late game, Leadership is still very good for new players and/or people who don't restart their games when they lose a tournament or get their butt kicked by the enemy.
As the player you have other things to concentrate on. Forget less important skills like Engineering, Spotting, etc.
For YOUR character, there are some skills you want to avoid and only some you ever really want to get.
